    Before appointment:

    • Disclosure form must be signed for the service to be performed. No exceptions.
    • You are responsible for all required pet vaccinations; you assume all risks and consequences that might result if your pet is not fully vaccinated.
    • Initial quotes are estimates only. Fees may be adjusted if needed during the groom.
    • Late cancellations or no shows will be billed at a $50 fee.
    • You must inform us of any medical, physical, emotional issues, allergies, sensitivities or pre-existing condition your pet has.

    On the day of the appointment appointment:

    • Please allow 30 minutes on either side of your appointment time for the arrival of our Pet Mobile.
    • We encourage you to be as specific as possible with haircut style and services required with the groomer.
    • If you or the groomer decides not to proceed with the groom, a $50 trip fee will be charged.
    • Groomer reserves the right to decline groom for:
      • Aggressive Pets.
      • Uncooperative Pets.
      • Extremely or heavily matted pets.
    • Matted pets are considered to be in a health crisis and will be shaved down.
    • There are extra fees for matted pets ($10 to $30 at groomer’s discretion).
    • We are not responsible for any pre-existing conditions due to a matted coat that may show after shaving down your pet.
    • Post shave down effects are temporarily unattractive, unpleasant and uncomfortable. But your pet will restart the process to regain healthier skin and coat. Hair grows back.
    • We are sorry but you cannot hang out in the van while groomer is working.
    • Rejected payments or failure to pay will result in additional fees and sent to collections.
    • If your pet has fleas a $20 flea dip will be added to the appointment.
    • All products used are strictly for pets, they are very gentle but not necessarily tearless. Pets splash in the tub getting soap and water everywhere. It is possible that your pet may have resulting eye irritations.

    General Disclosures:

    • We do not pay vet bills for:
      • Eye irritations.
      • Skin rashes because of shave downs.
      • Broken skin due to scratching, leaking or chewing.
    • Our accepted payment methods are cash, credit and debit. We also have the option of tap-to-pay or over the phone credit card processing.
    • If you are not happy with your pet’s groom, please let us know withing 48 hours and allow us to “make it right” soon after. By proceeding you agree with this process of resolution.
    • Prices are subject to change any time but we will notify you in advance.
